Every time I have gone to the dentist it has always been a very kind and comforting experience. Dr. Dong Li and his staff are fantastic. Today I had a cleaning and when I went in I had some concerns with my teeth, I told them what my concerns were and they immediately checked my teeth, no waiting, very efficient.

Absolutely the best dentist in Brockville! Great sense of humour, and does a quick and professional job! If you're like me, and getting the needle for freezing is worse than the drilling itself, then this is the dentist you need. I got freezing in my front teeth and it was 100% painless! Definitely recommend to anyone, but particularly anyone who may be nervous in the dentist's office, as he has a wonderful personality that puts people at ease. The ladies in the office are great, too! Very welcoming, friendly, and cheerful. Definitely a repeat customer! :)

Dr Darbar and his assistant are fantastic. First time I have ever liked going to the dentist in years. Helpful, smart, explains everything and he pays attention to detail. When he freezes, it’s local and doesn’t last long after. Previous dentist at Altima half of my face would freeze and I’d be frozen for hours later.

Unfortunately I was not blessed with good teeth. Soft enamel and crooked teeth meant i had a lot of orthodontics and dental procedures growing up and periodontal work as an adult. So im not the most relaxed or at ease at the dentist. Dr Dong Lee and his staff have been amazing putting me at ease and making every visit comfortable. A very high level of knowledge and skills, personable and friendly staff. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great dental clinic.

Such a pleasant and positive experience, from the cleaning to a filling. The staff are welcoming and make you feel safe while they work on you. Dr Dong Li takes time to explain every step and welcomes questions.Most people hate dentists, but you would not hate being a patient at Dr Dong Li's office.

My dentist retired and I was left trying to find a replacement, I wanted one closer to me to save the travelling about 45 mins away. I’m happy a friend recommended Dr DONG LI. I’ve had nothing but the best care from everyone there, they take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable, so friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating when needed, I’ve had to call last minute and they got me in right away.I like that they have direct billing to my work benefits.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist

I have been a client for 2 years and I have never experienced such a high quality of service and dental work. The staff make you feel like family. If you need a dental team look no farther. I should also mention I live in Kingston and there is no dental practice in Kingston that can come remotely close to Dr. Dong Li Family Dentistry.
