The lawyers are not thorough, and felt like I was speaking to someone reading a text book. Nothing was explained, and felt like I was blindly signing papers. The lawyer did not advise where to receive the keys to the property. My Realtor had to contact the prior home owner and was informed that the keys were left on the front porch.
