Dropped a vacuum off for repair, told them I didn't want to spend more than $50. Was charged $60 with no call etc.

I purchased my Miele Cat and Dog vacuum from the All Vacuum Centre over 10 years ago. I've continued to buy my vacuum bags and filters from the All Vacuum Centre, and I've always brought the vacuum back here on the rare occasions (twice in 10 years) maintenance is required. The owner is unfailingly polite and courteous, and when I've had to bring the vacuum in the work has been well done. If only other stores were as reliable as this one!

BEWARE!! IF YOU SENT YOUR WARRANTY BISSELL VACUUM TO THIS PLACE!, JUST BE READY WITH EXTREEME DISSAPOINTMENT.This place is disaster, the owner Shawn is a BIG liar and Very RUDE!, it take me more than 3 month to fix my warranty Vacuum, he always have excuse the parts is not here or the factory sent the wrong replacement part, really!?? take more than 3 month to get the part??? just be careful.! and be ready to be upset.

very rude , was treated very ignorantly . told the part was no longer available . carbon brush and housing part u3301. ordered 2 online as well went to another store and bought 2 right there .i would never shop at this store ever again.i would advise you go to Scarborough vacuum instead they were real polite and helpful.

Bad experience with the repair of my Miele vacuum. Felt very mislead and ultimately, spent a good sum of money and my vaccum is still not working properly. Will not go back to this store.

The business owner Shawn is very knowledgeable of all his vacuums in stock. He is very honest and caring about his customers, and he is an expert with repairs. He is reasonable comparing to other shops in the area.I would highly recommed All Vacuum Centre!

I had a very bad experience today I took my Hoover for warranty service. The owner is very rude and is a con artist. He told me that my unit was not functioning properly due to my belt - but I know my belt was perfectly fine because I cleaned the roller myself ! He also tried to sell me a roller when I didn't need one. Please stay away from here and go somewhere else.

I've been looking for my vacuum roller drum for a bit, no one had it in stock. I have a Eureka vacuum. I walked in to All Vacuum with my old part and the clerk went and got the exact part I needed to replace my old broken roller drum.

Con .. he delayed to give my warranty replacement vaccum . When confronted told called twice and left voicemail .. none is true.. stay away for warranty related issues.
