Do not trust Home Hardware’s warehouse inventory count and online ordering system. HH doesn’t even know how it works. It’s back to Amazon. Too bad, I wanted to support a long standing Canadian institution. Home’s HQ needs to get its act together and stop leaving their dealers answering empty handed to the customer.

Id like to thank the entire team of Tuckeys Home Hardware for the incredible service they've provided in the past and are presently providing throughout the Covid crises. Dave and his entire team are taking the risk along with all the other front line workers to keep peoples homes safely working where urgent repairs are required. I know this for a fact as a local contractor presently working in that area. They truly do give the family like feel to the name Home" in Home hardware. Well done guys."

Had a wonderful tour of the facilities by a very knowledgeable, polite lady. Place was very orderly and clean in spite of the fact that they were getting ready for the big fall show. Front desk lady was also very polite and helpful. Thanks for a great time.

I worked here as a summer student and I loved it. This was my favorite job so far, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The supervisors were very understanding and friendly. Really felt like a family here part of the home hardware team.
