Purchased color plus Hardie Plank and Hardie shake for a project. The colour and style was in stock and was delivered promptly by a good delivery driver. Some of the Hardie Plank was defective and some of the shake was cracked, everything was exchanged and/or refunded without any hassle. All of the sales staff and shipping folks were friendly and helpful.
