Dr brovo was so rude i was waiting for a ride in the parking lot waiting for a ride and he was harassing me and assuming i was just checking if i could use the chairs in parking lot and ms bravo was rudely questioning me as I politely apologized for picking them up

This Hearing Life location has served my mom and late dad for many years. I finally recently talked my mom into improving the quality of her hearing aids - and we were so pleased with the service given by the Audiologist Hertal Patel - she was compassionate and supportive. Things became challenging when paying for the devices. The interaction was marked by impatience, when my mom deserved some understanding as bank cards and limits began to muddle the situation. Note to the receptionist/cashier: sometimes seniors don't remember everything. Sometimes I don't remember everything! Sometimes an interaction like that requires gentleness and NOT admonition. I understand you had a job to do - however, there was no line behind us, and a little patience would have gone a long way in mitigating my mom's embarrassment. Grateful for our audiologist - not so happy with the payment process.

I have bought the hearing aids and I did not realize just how bad my hearing was until I tried there hearing aids. The staff was great, very pleasant to talk with, no pressure to buy and helped me put a payment plan together that worked out with my budget. Never have to sit in the waiting room long before being looked after. I would recommend Hearing Life to anyone thinking of buying hearing aids.

I'm 45-years-old and have been told for many years that I should get hearing aids. I always felt like I was too young to do that and vanity played a huge part in my not getting them. I would go to parties and not be able to hear conversations, constantly say what?" to my family when they would say something to me

My hearing was not at the level it should be , so I decided to get it tested. Not sure where to go I was very lucky to have chosen this location. Natel is great right from the start. She was polite, and professional. After the test results showed me I was right to be concerned. I ordered the hearing aids, and once again Natel was great walking me though all I needed to know. I highly recommend this location for your hearing needs.

Arrived and was ushered into my appointment on time even though someone with a later appointment who early was trying to get in before me.The testing was more than others I hahve had in the past. The technician was very detailed in her follow up comments about the test.
