I came here for my friend's party and found many accessories and decorations for her birthday. The girls working that day helped me with my balloon choices. Everything was so nice! So glad i came here, will come back for sure!

Really unfortunate, lot's of choice but wayyyy to expensive ! Decorations should not be that expensive. Won't be back

My first time there, I had very poor customer service with sales associates who clearly were anxious to close the store in 30 minutes. As it was my first visit there and knowing that I walked in half an hour before close, I needed a sales rep's guidance to expedite things (I only had 7 balloons to order).The day of pickup, the behaviour of staff was completely different: courteous, welcoming etc. Why? The owner/manager was there. I had an incident that day and the situation was handled by this lady (manager) in such a professional and courteous way. That was very appreciated.

On behalf of Make-A-Wish Eastern Ontario we would like to thank Party Mart for the generosity and community involvement over the last 6 years. They have made hundreds of wish children and family smile with their beautiful balloons bouquet! Our wish kids love their balloons and we love Party Mart!!
