I bought a chocolate cake from this place along with a matcha small pastry. The matcha cake was okay. However, the custom chocolate cake I ordered was so DRY. It was literally falling apart. Costco cakes are 10x better. I am super disappointed since I had paid so much for a cake that wasn’t even worth half the money of it. If you want a cake that only looks good then this is the place.Reply to owner: I was told to have the cake refrigerated and take it out 30 minutes before eating. I did exactly that but it was still dry. As for the money, I wouldn’t have spent 40$ if I had known how it would taste. And I am surprised that the cake turned out like that since it’s one of your daily cakes.

Wow cakes is the best! Great service and incredible sandwiches and pastries. The owner is such a nice person and always treats you like a special customer. I recommend their chicken salad sandwich on a beautiful croissant . Also the store is decorated for Christmas valentine's day and all other special holidays.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. Provided a photo and discussed size with staff when ordering. At time of pick up cake was 3 inches shorter. They couldn’t fix, refused to adjust price. Wasn’t our fault, but because they knew we didn’t have a choice (party was next day) they took advantage of us.

I recently tried the cakes from Wow Cake, and they exceeded all my expectations. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, while the textures were moist and delightful. Very profissional and nice staff. First time to order from them and the result was excellent. We asked for 2 customized cakes and we got both in a woderful shape and on time. Recommend to visit this place. I just want to add more pictures for my niece's birthda ( Dec. 2022)y. It is the second time we order from Wow cakes and they're amazing as usual.

I have always supported Fadi's business especially because I have known him from a previous work where he was my client. It wasn't always about the quality of the cake but more to support a small business to grow in our community. Whether it was birthdays or other events, I would always pick up cakes, pastries from the shop and also recommend the bakery to my friends. I recently ordered a cake for my event and I had given all the details, photos and was very specific with the color theme, the height and how many people it should feed. The employee wrote everything down to show the chef and we had gotten the ok that it can be done. When we arrived to pick up the cake today, it was nothing like what we ordered, not the colour, not the height and also not enough to feed the amount of people we had mentioned. So we mentioned it to the employee and she called the chef who wasn't present at the shop and we were told the chef refused to do anything about it even though it was a mistake on their part, they were not willing to fix it in any ways and we had to still pay the full price regardless. It was a take it or leave it sort of service we received. This isn't about the cost but the principles, the way the situation was handled. The lack of accountability from a business owner. When you fail to deliver your services to a client, you shouldn't charge the amount that was promised for the work expected. This is your business, you didn't deliver well, charged full price and even failed rectify the situation to satisfy your client. The client that has been supporting your business. This isn't so much about me being a loyal client but a business owner should always try their best to provide good services and try to find solutions for all their clients when they fail to deliver. I never write any bad reviews on any small businesses because I know how it can affect them but if small businesses start to take advantage then it must be written and it's only fair. We didn't have a choice this time but to take the cake as the event is tomorrow. However, in the future we will have the choice to no longer give business nor recommend anyone to your shop.

If you are looking for a cake that not only looks great from the outside but also taste great from the inside, Wow Cakes will exceed your expectations! The cake was spongy & fluffy, with the right amount of cream & fruits. A big thank you!
