I have been shopping at FXR for a long time, it feels like the quality of their stuff has gone down in the last few years but their prices have gone up. I have found you can now buy name brand gear for less than FXR these days. Also they have very limited gear for bikes.

Staff here goes over and above to assist every time I visit. From special orders when my size wasnt in stock to helping me fit a helmet, they always do whatever they can to make sure you leave thrilled with your product and experience. Even on boxing day when theyve been swamped all day, everyone greeted me with a friendly smile, offered to help and gave their time to help with whatever I needed. Every once in a while I check out another sled gear shop in Winnipeg and find a lot of shops to be pushy or disinterested in helping and even condescending at times like they dont want to answer the questions of a non-expert rider wasting their time. I end up saying to myself, Should have just gone to fxr in the first place." Because at fxr the staff are always happy to explain all the cool features and differences of their products so I can make an educated decision and get the best product for me. Great people

Big selection of jackets. I was trying on jackets for about an hour before deciding on one. Great staff, knowledgeable about their products. No one hovers over you but ready to help when you need it.

Nice store, great gear but the staff are not very welcoming or friendly for a place that charges a premium price. This place could do so much better if the staff tried a bit more. If you want to sell the top shelf clothing, then offer top shelf service.

This place is a joke. Rude employees and terrible selection. Better off shopping online.

They had some really good deals. The prices are fair on most of their items. Love you can go to a store and get good quality products that are considered some of the best in cold weather and still looks great.

Great store, staff are very helpful.The FXR jackets seem to last forever have bought the kid's cheaper jackets that tear and fall apart within the year.

I meant to write this about 2 weeks ago. But i have to say the customer service was amazing. One of the staff (Ezra) took it upon himself to go through countless of your FXR jackets with me. This included various styles, price ranges, colours etc. My mother and I probably spent a good 45 minutes with him. We discussed what I planned on using the jacket for (daily wear, snowboarding, and taking my dog outside) and he helped narrow it down to the best options for what i was doing. I ended up buying a jacket and have loved it since. The jacket keeps me extremely warm in harsh winds (Im allergic to the cold). Highly recommend.
