Dave provided us with the best experience we’ve ever had with a sales person. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. We showed up a half hour before closing and he didn’t rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. We highly recommend DOT Furniture and specifically with Dave at the London location.

Just have to write this review as we had An Exceptional happy experience in our search for good quality, smaller space outdoor furniture at a fair price. Tony is so nice, knowledgeable and had solutions to our needs regarding size and assembly. Delivered to plan & was assembled well. Our outdoor conversation set fits our space and the look and feel exceeded our expectations.

This will be updated if DOT ever pays their bill.DOT charged clients for delivery in advance but has not paid us for ANY 2022 deliveries.After 3+ years of deliveries for the DOT London North location, their internal policy changed when only the South Location remained.DOT collects delivery fees from clients upon purchase and their former policy would be that they would send us a cheque for the deliveries about 1 to 3 months delayed.DOT can view the previous South location's manager's emails to us requesting pick up and deliveries.We also put most deliveries together on a shared spreadsheet (we had done several favours, returns and swap outs) when DOT began being difficult.They're hoping this will disappear.

Our original outdoor furniture was purchased at this location and is still in use and great shape so we returned this year after much research to add to our space. We found exactly what we needed and had fun doing it. Jay, Tony and Jason are great guys who ran around and worked their butts off to figure out everything we needed. They are professional, friendly and fun to work with. Truly a pleasure to deal with and if this new set lasts as long as the old set we may never see them again but highly reccommend DOT Adelaide St for your outdoor needs.

We were very pleased with the service we received at DOT furniture store on Adelaide. Tony and the other employees were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable while we shopped for our outdoor patio furniture. They made sure our shopping experience was pleasurable and were very welcoming to our children. I would highly recommend going there for your outdoor furniture needs.

I really appreciate the exceptional customer service I received at Dot in London. Tony was able to accommodate a request to change my payment method a few days after my initial purchase. It was a big help to me to be able to make the switch and Tony went out of his way to not only make the change I requested but be friendly. He did not make me feel like it was a huge inconvenience(which it was). Tony knows how to treat customers and I highly recommend his store. Besides, he has inventory in house at a time when everyone is waiting months for delivery.

It's a very rare occasion when I take to the keyboard to write up a review regarding our shopping experience with a specific store, principally because on average we receive great service no matter where we go throughout Southern Ontario. The DOT store on Adelaide street in London compels me to take note of the exceptional service that we recently received from Tony, the manager, and his team. We are big fans of the DOT store, great products, exceptional quality, and best of all, Canadian made.  In the past, we shopped at the DOT stores in Kitchener and Cambridge, so this time we decided to explore what the London stores had to offer. Your first impression when you drive up to Tony's store is one of modesty but once you open the doors you are welcomed with an extremely generous amount of inventory from which to try out each furniture item first hand. My wife and I had a preconceived idea of what we thought we wanted for our deck, but once Tony worked closely with us going through the plethora of choices, we were able to converge on the dining and outdoor living area set that turned out to be perfect. To help with our selection, Tony and his staff were literally moving copious amounts of furniture around the store and staging everything in one of the gazebos that closely matched what we have at our home. By doing this we were able to hone in on the ensemble that was ideal for us. On top of this personal touch, Tony took extra steps to expedite shipment of the furniture, which was really appreciated.  Well done Tony, you have a repeat customer.  Keith
