Gerald replaced the roof on my neighbors house and I noticed how safe he worked being tied off and doing things professionally. So I asked him if would give me an estimate for some flashing that the wind had damaged on my house, he came over and looked and said it was a small job and could do it right away. He made sure he had the right tools, ladder and nails that matched the color of the flashing. He cleaned up, checked for any of the old nails that had fell out, he left the work site cleaner then he found it! NICE SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT HIS CRAFT.

Gerald was great to work with. He came out to give a quote and showed up when he said he would. As soon as the gutters were dry enough to work on he did the repair as requested. Would definitely recommend this company.

Gerald did a great job assessing and then fixing my attic issue. There was a major lack of ventilation in the attic, resulting in sauna like temperatures (55 degrees Celsius) in the attic on warmer days. He explained how this will decrease the lifespan of your roof significantly, and void shingle warranties in many cases. He offered a couple options to address the issue.Ultimately, he carefully dismantled the eavestrough, fascia and soffits to gain access under the eaves and cut in new ventilation. He reassembled everything properly like it had never been touched. He also identified a couple errors made by the previous roofing contractor and a fixed them. I would definitely hire Gerald again.

Gerald was extremely helpful with his knowledge in the roofing industry. He not only thoroughly investigated the problem but explained what issues were and how to go about fixing them.He did an excellent job cleaning out eavestroughs and downspouts as well as repaired some roof damage that was causing leaks in the house.I would highly recommend Mountaintop roofing for any roofing/eaves needs.
