Staff was helpful

There were two Asian men there. I have a complaint on one Asian man there. Since they both wear glasses and they have the same height. One guy, who is not named Eric…I approached him nicely and wanted a simple question answered. He was behind the counter close to the door of their staff room. Then he quickly replied “I’ll be back in a second. Then he more like sprinted. He grabbed his duffel bag and went inside the staff room. I waited 10 mins. He never came back out. Then I approached this tall caucasian men as soon as he was free. I gave this a score of 2 due to the last man who helped me. Otherwise, I’ll give a score of 0. That one man who is not named Eric needs to be fired. He doesn’t have any people skills at all and he’s very, very rude to just abandon someone like that. “I’ll be back in a second.” Clearly he didn’t. This was two months ago.

I went into Freedom yesterday and I was helped by Neha.She was really courteous and professional and she provided me with a phone and a plan that suited my needs. She also helped to set up the new phone.Good customer service with smiling people is well appreciated. Thanks Neha

I had a situation with my Freedom service and had a good customer service experience with this lady in regards to my situation. However, I came back with more inquiries and this guy (Michael Li or something) had the worst customer service I have ever seen. He had 0 care and provided 0 advice in regard to my situation. If you need help I suggest to never ask him, look for someone else.

I like freedom but the Asian bros need little friendly people's skills. Not that in to helping you willinglyThe Chubby Chinese girl at fido just infront of them is very friendly and most helpful willingly, so from 2 of my freedom phones i changed one to Fido even though i don't like fido much, but the girl is really nice .will try to help as much as possible

Kazi was a great deal of help! I had an issue with the plan and have been going back and forth with Freedom’s online support for days trying to solve the problem just to be pointed the wrong directions. I visited another location in person in hopes to get it solved but to no avail. I was at Metrotown and gave this location a visit and was greeted promptly by Kazi who showed genuine care and support from beginning to end. Super impressed with his service and accountability in representing the brand.
