I was looking at a shirt and a employee said “you need to stop what you’re doing ok” with an attitude. I was looking at the design and size of the shirt and it’s not like I’m going to leave the shirt without folding it. Hopefully the employee becomes kinder and gets better customer service skills.

Giving 1 start but deserve 0. The male cashier was super rude and was literally yelling even though I didn’t even ask for any type of assistance. ZERO for customer service but 5 stars for collection.

The bathing suit didn't fit, so I had to return it. The old lady working at the front desk had horrible customer service skills. She was rude and unpatient.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give ratings in negative. Horrible experience today with Cashier, how rude and mannerless she was! When I asked to call her Manager to help me, she totally refused it, the other white girl, came and called her Manager, Ryan! The guy Ryan was super rude then the cashier, he started making fun of Mine and walked away with full attitude, when told him that I’m going to complain Bluenotes for his attitude, he was smiling and told do whatever you can! First time I have seen this kind of behaviour in any store across Canada. I hope Bluenotes check today’s Camera footage to teach the Manager and cashier lesson of customer service and how to talk with customer!

I bought 3 t-shirts from blue notes clothing store in city centre. They forgot to remove a security tag from my cloth. Now store is far from my location, worst service.

Would give 0 ratings. Jeans were placed in $14.99 section and we were charged $30.99 and right after the check out I asked them to take it back they said “no, we don’t do refunds”If you don’t do refunds then please inform your customers when the items are placed in wrong section.

Beware when making online purchases in Bluenotes website . I shopped on Boxing Day 2017 and had my card hacked a day after I purchased from them. I never did any other shopping except this store... The culprit spend and maximized my card.... Damn!T.... My anger is totally bursting at this moment...Please admin check the flaw....
