Dr Thompson and his staff are amazing. Judy who greets you when you enter. She remembered me even though I had not been there since 2019. This time a tried a massage before seeing Dr Thompson. Leanne is excellent. She took away my stress and I was more relaxed when I had my chiropractor treatment from Dr Thompson. I recommend his office all the time. I have been going to him for years and a lot of my family are patients too.

As a family we have been seeing Dr. Rod as our chiropractor for over 15 years now. Dr. Rod is a top notch and professional chiropractor. His wealth of knowledge is the best I have seen in the entire medical field. We often go here as our first point of health contact, as he almost always can help or will point us in the right direction if other treatments are needed. Dr Thompson is an awesome Chiropractor and person. I've been going to him since 1997. If you have pain or have been in a car accident, he's the Chiropractor that will help you. I was in a car accident in Oct/2020, I had 29 physio treatments, didn't help much. I started seeing him in April and my neck and back is progressing so much better.

First time ever going to a chiropractor, I have chronic migraines and my doctor suggested I give it a try. Dr. Shannon is so knowledgeable, friendly, and I really appreciate him explaining what he sees and what he's doing to fix it. The front desk staff is very easy going and kind. Dr Rod has kept me mobile, relatively pain-free, medication and surgery - free for the 20 years that I've been seeing him. He embraces a wholistic approach to health, including diet and exercise but doesn't criticize. I tried another chiropractor for a few months, who was closer to my workplace but he lacked Dr Rods knowledge or intuition to know exactly what adjustment was needed. The receptionists are welcoming and cheerful. There's plenty of parking. It's a clean, quiet, comfortable family-friendly environment.

I have been going to Rodney for 7 months and he has helped me develop temendous progress in my lower back and sciatica due to a Disc Herniation in my L5 S1 Nerve Root. If you have injuries that need to be rehabilitated, Rodney Thompson is your guy!

One treatment fixed a year long problem of pain and swelling in my ankle!! At my request, Dr. Thompson is adding his expertise to reduce my worsening posture due to a mild kyphoscoliosis. He is amazing; able to explain both his treatments and his exercise recommendations. He more than meets my criteria for a knowledgeable, effective and safe practitioner of chiropractic care. Once my former chiropractor moved away, I was unable to find another to meet these standards. I am so grateful to find comparable qualities in Dr. Thompson and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Staff are very gracious and welcoming every time! Dr Thompson has helped me numerous times over the years with varying health issues that my GP was unable to relieve with Rx's.1. Severe lower back pain.Medications and relaxants just we're not working and just got worse as the months passed. Finally booked my first appointment with him when he was at his former location on Sackville Drive. After several visits I experienced a dramatic improvement in the pain, in my range of motion and flexibility. It gave me renewed energy and a great sense of relief from the agony I was suffering that I had thought was never going to go away.2. Severe pain in my wrist and arm that was most especially worse at the little bone at the top of my elbow.My GP at that time, yes gave me another Rx which was again, useless. It provided some relief for a few short hours until I had to take another pill... It still worsened over time.So, I thought well, I better try Dr Thompson again at his newer location on Cobequid Rd across from Avery's. He had helped my husband with the very same issue and with OUTSTANDING results. After a few painful visits for treatment, and consistently doing the exercises he requested of me, sure enough - huge improvements and shortly thereafter as time progressed & in closely following all his lifting and carrying instructions going forward, the pain completely disappeared! GONE! (That pain nearly drove me nuts because it was constant, unrelenting and there was just no position I could hold it that would help)I could make a very long list here, but I will run out of space.I must say Dr Thompson really knows his stuff and uses it to help with our stuff! He educates as he treats and teaches his patients HOW to avoid the issues that plague us and cause us pain. Amazing Doctor!
