Fantastic parking lot if you are going to the theatre. Price was reasonable. The parking is tight, and if you are there for a show.. do yourself a favour and BACK IN to the spot (you will have difficulty leaving with the crowds of cars exiting otherwise).

Entered before 6pm, paid $25 in total-normal rate in downtown area. elevator direct access to theatre lobby, quite convenient after late night show.

Surprisingly very easy to park underneath the theater however be aware that leaving after the shows is horrendous as only one-way out of the underground.

I was headed toward another parking garage near the ballpark, stuck in a horrific traffic jam, when I spotted the flashing lights of this garage. Not only was the attendant super nice and the garage clean and safe, but it was much cheaper than the parking just a few blocks away.

Quick and easy to park. Note that you need to pay upfront, so be prepared to pay them. Good price. Human exit/entrance off of King St.

Parked in this place for a party in pearl street. They said it was open until 4am (the website also mentions that) but it was closed at 2am. Had to wait until 6am to get the car out. Terrible service.

My friend drove and parked, but clean, and lots of room. Crazy close to theatres! Cool view of CN tower from sidewalk, close by.

Great, covered place to park on weekdays for slightly cheaper ($12) than surrounding lots - if you happen to stay later than 6:00pm however, you're charged an additional $5. Entrance back to lot is via Elevators right inside the doors of the Princess of Wales via King St.Note: It does get tricky exiting this lot as pedestrians don't seem to see it so cars tend to get stuck here waiting for people to pass.
