Quality Inn

Rude employees, weren't very helpful. Paid with debit card, payment went through, got to the hotel, and was told we needed credit card. We don't have a credit card, so we were told to cancel the payment, and then we're completely ignored to any questions we might have had, as well as ignoring us asking for help on how to go about canceling payment. We needed a hotel today, but now have to cancel our entire vacation, because we couldn't afford another hotel due to not being refunded upon cancellation.

I've stayed here a number of times & have always enjoyed my stay there. I book directly with them on their website - that gives the best prices, I've found. There is a lovely hot breakfast available & the rooms are quite nice, clean & have good ammenities (fridge, microwave, coffee/tea & fluffy towels).I really like their pillow top mattresses, which are very comfortable & this helps greatly with my ability to sleep. They have blackout curtains & although some parts of the hotel face the highway, I had no issues with noise while in this type of room. They also have ground floor rooms where you can drive your car up to your room for quick access.Basically this hotel has all that I am looking for in an affordable place. Many hotels in KW are quite expensive, so staying here is always my favourite option, (and the staff are very kind & courteous).

I was there from Friday to Sunday. There was a teenage sports team staying so each night, there were 14-16 year old boys hanging out in the parking lot, playing, and being loud until 11pm ish. Which wasn’t even that bad. What was worse was the other adult guests who were drinking in the parking lot, throwing beers to each other from the second floor to the first floor, and shouting outside the main floor rooms until midnight.When asked to quiet down, those same men came banging on our door. When we did not answer, they prank called our room. As young women travelling, it was very scary to have drunk grown men harassing us in the middle of the night. I understand that the staff are not responsible for other people’s actions. However, these people had been rowdy all weekend. They had been asked multiple times by the staff to keep it down and leave the parking lot. At that point, the staff should be calling the non-emergency 911 number so the police could issue them a firm warning. So that other young women who travel to this hotel are not petrified and unable to sleep. The manager did not offer a discount for our rooms after the incident.The breakfast was standard. Egg Patties, sausages, watered down coffee, tea, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit yogurt.

While It's an older building, it's very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the beds are very comfortable. They have a nice breakfast in the morning and the people who work in the kitchen and dining area are very friendly and you can expect to hear them wish you good morning" accompanied with bright smiles from the staff. All in all it's a great place to stay for a night or two."
