Good for ice cream. Do not get soft drinks - we tried 3 and all were flat and they don't give you much ice. And the don't like the AC on so it was boiling inside

My sons and husband have birthday in summer, so ice an cream cake is the way to go :) I used to come here a couple of times a year, always satisfied, until yesterday. I picked the choco brownie cake and asked to write Congratulations". The girl asked me if it can be short "Congrats" and I agreed. Surprisingly that is what I got...I was confused and too busy

Unfortunately dairy Queen does not offer delivery for any of their hamburger or chicken products on the menu. You're only able to get those in the actual store.The hot dogs are nothing to write home about. Places like five guys hot dogs are significantly better and for around the same price.The one redeeming factor we found was the potato skins are actually delicious. They were cooked to a crisp and fried well with the cheese on top. Be sure to get the potato skins when you order from here.

Entered this location looking for lunch and iced cream for Fathers Day. Tried to order snack wraps, told not available at this location. Tried to order burgers, told the grill doesn’t work. Finally identified menu options they had available… but the cashier could not comprehend that we wanted the kids’ iced cream after the food (and not at the same time, else it would melt). We got so frustrated with the ordering that we said forget it, and began walking out. The cashier shouted after us that the kitchen had started preparing the food (although we were yet to finish ordering and had not paid), so said we weren’t allowed to leave. As if!We often go to the grill n chill location in Orangeville; it’s fantastic. Table service, substitutions, and they hand you a voucher for the iced cream as part of the typical process when you order a meal. We searched this location online and drove quite some way to come here on Father’s Day. Such a disappointment.

First time going to this location. It's in a strip plaza, so no drive- thru. Larger sitting area than I was expecting from the outside of the store.This DQ participates in the DQ Rewards program which was a bonus, as not all of them do. Service was good as well.Ordered a Blizzard and it was pretty damn good. Just wish there was more cheesecake pieces, but I digress...

I have to complain about the product I was served. We ordered two blizzards thinking they would be the same quality as before. The colour was different, not firm ice cream but almost melting out of the cup. What a waste of money. Have you changed the formula of your blizzards? I even took a picture to show you but I do not know how to attach it here. Looks like a messy milk shake with almost a brownish colour.Not buying here again

Banana Split synonyms with DQ. We have been having this summer treat for years now, at this location. Nine times out of ten it’s been great. However, this time the banana split ice cream started to melt earlier than usual. The banana splits we bring home are transported in Arctic zone Titan. Observation - we would see two staff members work on our order. This time there was only one. Staffing issues or complacency? I do not know

Came on Fathers Day weekend to order a meal and was told by the staff they are not serving any food as their kitchen’s closed/broken. I don’t understand how this location is even permitted to stay open under those circumstances, yet alone not have a notice on the door to let customers know. The staff was not welcoming, not friendly, nor professional. We left immediately, and we will not be coming back. I was very disapointed and I do expect a lot better from a large chain company.
