Late 25 min even with online booking the day before and calling 2 hours before pick up to confirm.Being that late I had to change location to be dropped off and driver was going to old location and cost me 20 dollers for him not understanding the new addresses.Do not online book they are unreliable and unwilling tocorrect mistakes and passing blame to other departments in there company.If you have any important business I would book a Uber.

I am writing this review in order to express my gratitude for excellent taxi services and also to compliment the excellent professional work of driver Mr.Tesinder Pannu, Cab No.53. He assisted me and my family a lot with our big suitcases and other bags. During the whole drive he was extremely polite, friendly, and very patient with loading and unloading our baggage. So, I would to compliment his work with high praises and great admiration for this excellent driving skills.

Dirty car, rude driver, reroute to Vancouver while going to YVR from Surrey and denying it. The driver didn't accept united airlines voucher, but over charged us. The meter was $67 and he charged me $80 dollars and told me to use the receipt to claim United airlines.i will never use this company.

Garbage customer service. Left my wallet" so called back within 1 minute of getting out of the cab explained it to the guy and then I called back after 35 minutes and they put me on hold and said the driver said nothing was left

The short trip recap (Feb 10, roughly 12:30-1:00am, G-06 car #)Route: 637 Hornby St - south Vancouver (Marpole).1.we caught a cab going down the street with a lights on (free to get a customer).2. gave the destination address in South Vancouver (Marpole)3. asked for a coffee stop in Tim Hortons at 108 Pender St (one passenger got out to grab a coffee, one stayed in)4. 2 min later took off to check another Tim Hortons location on the way to Marpole (3 blocks away)5. Driver refused to bring us anywhere other than the final destination straight off, saying that he has to keep his route aiming for the airport area and would not drive around downtown (never explained why, if you’re an Airport service only - don’t deal with dt maybe?).6. A passenger refused of accepting this selective kind of service and got off the car right on Pacific Boulevard.7. A driver got rude and started threatening with “being blocked to call their service ever again”8. We left the car and never dealing with this can service again.Please get a hold of your drivers customer service skills. This is unacceptable. I’m paying all the way from point A to point B including all the quick stops (up to 3-5min) on the route + tips, so if your drivers pick me up as a customer in the certain area (downtown), why would I be hearing any offensive statements.

Rude, abusive and racist taxi driver I got today.I had to get out of the taxi and walk home. I stand up for my rights. I told the driver his actions were despicable.I called the help line to complain and was advised to call the manager the next day.To avoid this type of behavior I will use lyft or Uber. Caught a taxi from Surrey to YVR. I called and reserved because I needed a van due to luggage. I was quoted $80-100 on the phone. Pricing for an uber XL was similar so I booked the taxi to guarantee the large vehicle availability.Total was $140. There was no traffic and it was a straight shot early morning ride. Next time I'll choose Uber to have a price locked in. Wayyyy over the quoted price.Update March 7 - Ubered Home mid day for $60. Less than half the price of these ripoff prices

Just talk to a guy to book a ride to the airport. Rude and unhelpful. Didn't ask when would I like to have the taxi to come on what date, just said it will come...I tried to stop him and tell him the date and he question my understanding. I just ended the call as I don't want to deal with idiot like that. It's my first time using taxi and definately would not want to go with this company as it already left me a bad impression. I just booked with another taxi company, more expensive. It's ok as the service was friendly!

Great service on the phone with the operator and in person with the driver. I usually take transit but had felt unwell on Thursday afternoon and called a cab that day thinking it would be a long wait, but I lucked out. I was very happy & satisfied with Surrey Metro Taxi! They provided quick and friendly service. All around a great & professional taxi company. Thanks, guys!
