What a fantastic experience! My salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and super responsive to my dozens of calls and reimaginings of the solar system we ultimately decided on.I shopped 7 companies, including the big ones like sun power, tesla, lg as well as local options. IGS was the best price by over 1,000$ compared to the most competitive and beat tesla by 15,000$Their install team was also very responsive and professional. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Quick, quiet and efficient install process.The system has been up and running through the month of april and we've produced 90% of our own electricity at our normal glutinous usage. I expect through the summer months to produce a strong surplus.Great system, great team, great overall experience. I strongly recommend.

Great experience. Alex, Rose, and Kim are the best! They utilized closed loop communication with me and are experts in their profession. They have such passion for what they do! Honest reasonable people. Great follow up so far, and panels have been awesome! If you are thinking of going solar, go with IGS!

IGS was great from initial questions to design to installation and then follow-up. Maribel, office manager, was amazingly responsive and the installers were a model of efficiency and effectiveness--they even finished the whole project one day before it had been scheduled to begin! And the results and savings are just as projected. Strongly recommend with no hesitation.

The customer service at IGS is amazing. From the wonderfully professional first contact via their website to today's site visit by Alex, I have been truly impressed. They have fully explained their services, basic costs of a PV system, and what options are available, while realizing that I did not need a full tutorial. Having been in sales and customer service for decades, I am not the easiest customer to please, but these folks have gone above and beyond. If the finances work out, I will be happily using them to install our PV system.

They are friendly, personable people who truly care about and are knowledgeable in the service they provide. The pros and cons (if any) of solar are broken down with you piece by piece and if it is not right for you, they wont waste your time. An excellent experience. From the start this company has shown to care greatly about its customers and its employees. They have been nothing but supportive, and professional, and pride themselves greatly on education. I have been with the company for months now, and I have been able to interact with all parts of the process. Our installers are kind and do quality work, not to mention using the best products from companies that will be around for years to come. I have no hesitation recommending this company to do any of your home energy needs: solar panels, solar hot water, and ductless heat pump systems. I am currently working with my parents to get such systems at their home. They have been around for over 20 years and will keep doing quality work for many more.

Really great customer service. Great quality materials. Only downside is I feel the install was a little clunky.... not centered on my roof and not quite as elegant with the conduit as I had hoped. But the system works great and I have learned a lot about solar power! Love the sunny days!

Very pleased. Alex, Kim, Rose- everyone was beyond wonderful. Answered all of our questions and was very clear about the process from the start. The team they sent out to install the panels were great too. Professional and left the yard spotless. They had to use a crane and they were so careful about the lawn. The system works great- I was a little skeptical but I can now testify that it works!! Super easy app to use so I can see in real time how much energy is being produced. SO glad we installed solar with IGS!! HIGHLY recommend .

I have been after them to repair my solar hot water system for a year and a half. This company in no way shape or form honors their maintenance responsibilities. They operate like a shell scam company that leaves you holding the bag on equipment they don’t maintain. I finally became exhausted and terminated my contract for cause. Avoid these clowns at all cost

Nearly been a year now and they still have yet to pay for damages they caused to the house.They incorrectly wired the system, causing leaks and destruction of wood inside the house. They mishandled the extraction valves inside the system so that even if the wiring had been done right it would have pooled inside the home making a terrible amount of damage.I have reached out to every department they have nearly weekly for a year, and no payment for the technician that I had to hire to come fix it, or payment for the wooden floor.Please do not contact these people for your service. They will do a great job of selling you, signing you into a contract, and then leaving you high and dry hoping that you forget about any problem that happens so that they don't have to cover it.
