What can I say?I love Costco. The prices are basically great compared to other stores and the inventory is outstanding.The return policy seems to be great as well. If the item is not to your suiting bring it back.

This is a review for the customers that show up here. Some of the biggest drooling brainstemless people go here believing they are the best person ever, well your arnt you're all douchebags. Running around like the little rats you are, with only your own well being in mind. You must wonder why the employees are so hard on customers. Well it isn't a wonder when you realize how entitled and lazy you all are. Fight me on it because you costco cult customers will. The workers hate you and the attitude you bring.

Went into Costco today and was looking for there chicken tacos that are amazing well I asked the worker if they had any in stock and they didn’t but he offered to make me one in 15 minutes and I gotta say that is customer service. Thank you for doing that for us it’s the little things people do to be kind and it’s one of our favourite meals!

Couch is always a great place to shop, and it’s nice that this one has a gas bar as well. Access and parking are easy to navigate. Warehouse is clean, and staff are always available…You don’t have to look very far to find someone willing to help you find what you’re looking for.

Very big very clean store. They have extra staff wiping down the carts today. They have extra staff keep the food court extra clean. The staff are friendly and nice. I like there sales this week. The fries could have been hotter but everything else was good.

Went to pay and because we were a party of two tried to tell me that we needed two costco cards. Took my ID to try to see if i was on the same membership. Felt embarrassed from the cashier yelling it out from the til to an employee across the front end of the store. We are from the same household group. What a joke. Why pay to go here at all? Very disappointed with the service.

Overwhelmingly positive experience at the Medicine Hat Costco, specifically in regards to social distancing and capacity limits.Additionally, the membership desk and team member there was a joy to work with as we completed our registration.The bakery department here was operating like a well oiled machine, and the quality of product was beyond what I expect.They are still trying to do samples, but for the most part this isn’t possible with the Covid-19 restrictions.

There is so much going on at costco it's hard to rate just 1 thing.Gas and food court, fantastic. Paper products, wonderful. Various food stuffs like seedless grapes, best in town by far.Web site, an absolute joke they should be ashamed of. Store transfers, not an option. Phone in help, a good reason to not get a membership.Their stock varies from store to store, which is to be expected. Their website shows prices that don't match the prices in store so to price compare you need to be physically in the store and googling in the aisle.If someone posts something about an item being on sale at costco it may be just in their city. Phone in for help. Oh yeah if you want that you have to drive 3 hours to that city to get it or have a friend that lives there pick it up.For an online shopper it's a giant warehouse full of bad jokes. For someone who is fine with making a trip to the store and paying 50$+ for the privilege of looking at their inconsistent product selection... well when you word it that way it sounds kinda horrible.They dabble in everything imaginable, but they're only good for about 5 things and are extremely behind in terms of customer facing technology. I do hope they update at some point but for now I find myself more frustrated than impressed by them.

Busy place on Saturday. They have also greatly reduced the book and video area in the store, making way for more seasonal items. Good quality produce and meats. You can find almost anything you want there. But if it is something you really like buy it while you can as they constantly change the items the carry.

Great products, great service, great return policy, great variety with little change (providing customer the option of purchasing again regularly) my only complaint is that for just 2 people, it’s not cost effective to buy many things there.
