Just 4 You Nails

I went in for a shellac removal and manicure just because I was in town and my shellac was very chipped. One girl tried removing the shellac with a cuticle trimmer until I recommended the electric file. After that everything went smoothly. They were very friendly and polite and were very detail oriented. I was there for about 45 minutes but it didn’t seem as if they were in a rush. Not the best shellac manicure I’ve ever had but not bad for the price ($30)

I’ve been going to this salon for several years now.I only ever got acrylic nails and waxing done. And never had an issue.On my last visit the lady was very insistent on UV gel nails claiming they last longer. For starters this salon does not do real UV gel nails there version of UV is regular acrylic nails with a UV gel top coat.Within a week I’ve had 1 nail crack and 2 break. I went into the store the first two times to have the nails repaired which they did without problem. When my third nail broke I decided to call and make a complaint.. I was told to come in and they would fix the nail I than replied that I was not coming in again to have one nail fixed as I had already been in twice that it’s completely unacceptable, I was hung up on.So at this point I will not be returning.

Since moving to Brantford, this salon has been my go to nail salon. The service is always great, the prices are more than reasonable and the nails do not disappoint! Definitely recommend this nail salon in Brantford!

These ladies are so rude and unprofessional! Not to mention its very unhygienic! I had the worst experience ever getting nails and waxing done here! Do not waste your money here, go somewhere where your actually treated with care and respect!

I took my granddaughter here for a princess manicure. She’s 3 1/2 years old. The lady refused to do her nails due to her age, even though she’s had them done a few times before and of course I don’t expect perfection. We left disappointed with her crying.

They are the rudest and all I went in was for one nail fixed they used a different colour powder and they think it's ok to nor tell me that they do not have a white powder and put pink powder on my nail now I have one nail that looks totally different and now I have to spend more to get it removed and a new one put on. Will never go there again and will never recommend them to anyone.

This was by far the worst place I’ve gotten my nails. The staff were rude, the prices were not worth it, and the nails weren’t professional. I showed a reference photo for my nails asking for tips and when they finished my nails it looked nothing like it. I asked if they could kindly fix the mistakes since some of the nails were uneven but I was met with rude remarks. The staff were judgemental, rude, and would roll their eyes when you tried having friendly conversation with them. They were making rude expressions and comments throughout the process and it was highly upsetting. I ended up paying 70 dollars for nails that I didn’t even end up liking. I was highly disrespected throughout and I highly highly suggest not coming here. The only good part about my experience was walking out the door.

Only giving two stars because the ladies were friendly and nice. But other than that pretty bad experience. They didn’t remove my old acrylics properly (they ripped them right off and cut my nails down to nothing), the lady didn’t give me the length I showed I wanted, half of my nails are crooked or shaped crooked, the acrylic is bumpy, there’s bubbles in the polish and there’s polish on my skin. Wouldn’t return for acrylics. Go to magic nails and body if you want good acrylics. Oh and one of my nails are already listing although I was only there hours ago and they got my skin multiple times with a file and the machine! I feel like I should get a refund. I have to pay to get these redone next week

Really disappointed! I took my cousin here as a gift to get her nails done for her wedding. She came in with an image she wanted replicated on her nails, nothing too crazy, but the result was not at all up to par. I will say her lady was incredibly nice and we were impressed with the shaping work but there were gaps at the edges where the polish did not cover and rough spots. The colours were also not a good match to the picture and not very flattering. I also surveyed the general time it takes to get shellac done (usually about 45 mins), we were in and out in under 25 which means they rushed. We are likely going to redo her nails for her wedding which means the money was wasted.I got just a regular polish done and there were streaks in the polish where you can see colour missing. Seriously could have done a better job myself. My lady was also dismissive and unfriendly.Overall, I won't return. If it was just for me I wouldn't care but because it was a gift for my cousins wedding I'm incredibly disappointed.
