I ordered online and picked it up from the drive thru. I ordered 6 piece spicy, they gave me 4 pieces, and none of them were spicy! I enailed their corporate office too, no body responded! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SPOT IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT!! Absolutely terrible!!!

Placed an order for pick up and when we got to the restaurant they told us they didn’t have a record of the order. So we waited for over 30 minutes to figure it out and it was not resolved. Tried to call the store and they would not pick up the phone. When my friend went back to the restaurant, I called the store to see if their phones were even ringing, and the employee working declined my call 4 times. Super disappointed with this service, totally unacceptable. Will not be purchasing from this restaurant again.

Will def not go back to this Mary Brown's again. Because there is no Popeye's in Newfoundland, there is no choice but to go there for a quick fried chicken craving. I paid extra for the meal I got because I wanted dark meat and thighs only. Didn't bother checking the order when received before heading to the car. As I started eating on the highway, noticed the waffle fries we almost raw and i got white meat and a drumstick even tho I paid extra.

I love this mary browns restaurant and food always good however today on national chicken day the chicken had a smokey burn taste. I will assume it was cooked too much and could barely be eaten. All seven snack boxes tasted the same. However the taters were awesome.
