I was there at 12:05 and wasnt seen till 1:30 pm. I still had to wait when I got in as there was three people ahead of me waiting for blood work . I fasted at 930 the night before so by 2pmwgen I got out, I was ready to pass out.They only had 3 employees on than there was only two employees left. They were very busy and one was busy with putting tubes in the machines etc so there was actually only one staff on.They apologized but its too late. They need to put more staff on as customers are not happy.

I am not sure whom the reviews are talking about that is rude or abrupt with them everyone I have dealt with has been professional at the least or very pleasant.It is however a tiny little space so I can imagine the wait times are erratic as even 5 patients in normal times or even less during social distancing could cause delays

This is the 3rd time I have been to this place and every time I see the same warm receptive nature of the staff and unfortunately I dont remember the name of the lady who drew blood omg she is a thorough professional as this is the second time I remember her face my bad not nameThanks a lot to the whole team for this kind if working spirit

Had to wait for 30mins for a blood test only though booked an on line appointment 2 days ahead!One nurse working and others chatting on desk.Don’t expect charming smiles around here.

The person taking the blood had all sorts of problems taking blood . Blew through two viens apologised and did it again . Went to other arm and did it again after 4th attempt blood was taken but she moved syringe and that ended that. Very incompetent used same syringe each time my viens are good easy to get blood . Not for this place

Very very rude receptionist , 100 degrees as there’s no working AC , 10/10 would go to a different location don’t even waste your time or gas

Extremely horrible service. I went there as a walk in and waited 2 hours - which I understand. I was very cooperative. When it was my turn, the nurse came in asked me which hand, I said left, she poked me in left hand for a good 10 seconds, no blood came and it was hurting really really bad so I asked her to remove it, she pretended to remove it but she left the needle in there for 5 seconds and said we should try right and she took the blood from right hand. By the time I came home, my left hand was completely bruised. Such horrible experience! The government really needs to step up and fix the health system in Canada.

Not been to many lifelab locations but this one is definitely much better than one in downtown Vancouver. I was satisfied that they did the blood work fast without pain. I don't need the smile. I just want no pain and they did it.

The check-in process for lab appointment was good and staff was helpful. Problem started when they did not send the report back to doctor. It's been 3 days, there is no way to check with this Lifelabs center directly on whereabout of the test results. Doctor's office is also not able to reach them. On top of that, they don't have a process to handover the test results to the patient, so that we can take it ourselves to the doctor.Tried calling their customer service 3 times with a wait of nearly 20 minutes each time.Edit- Finally the doctor’s office got access to the report on the 5th day.

Friendly staff and they seem very experienced as my veins aren't the easiest and both times they were able to draw blood with no issues. Efficient and timely service since it is all by appointment only :)
