Nice hotel, friendly staff, great view from our room. The only thing is that there are only 2 elevators for 31 floors so you have to wait for a while. Decent price.

Absolutely great hotel!! Situated right in downtown Vancouver where you are close to just about everything. The thing that differentiates this hotel is definitely the service where they go above and beyond to make you happy.They also upgraded our room for the nights we were there which was very kind of them and the kids absolutely loved it. Only thing that can be a bit better is the breakfast buffet which is pricy if you have to pay with very little variety. Luckily since we have status it was complimentary but we wouldn't pay for it.

Really nice hotel in a great location in the downtown area with so much just a short walk away or the metro station which is only a couple of minutes away.The views from the upper floors are superb.The gym space isn’t bad but could be better.Breakfast was always good with really good friendly service. As I stayed for 10 days the staff addressed me by name as they remembered me which is a nice touch.The only negative was the WiFi connectivity and speeds were poor. Connectivity in my room and the gym were both very intermittent making working here very difficult although I was able to use the wired network connection in my room.Overall though a very pleasant stay and I’d love to come back again to explore more of this beautiful city.

I think it's incredible to have staff who have taken it upon themselves to go that one extra step to make sure clients feel welcome and taken care of. And while at times there may be challenges, it is what staff do with that challenge that speaks volumes about making sure it feels like one is coming home. Quite happy with my stay - bravo Hilton!

Beautiful hotel, clean and well-maintained with lovely views, nice complimentary breakfast and friendly staff who really went above and beyond. Unfortunately, not enough elevators so wait times were long.Rooms were quiet, especially on the upper floors, beds were tremendously comfortable, bathrooms were large and bright (although a low-level light setting would have been nice in the middle of the night.)We felt very safe walking to the nearby beautiful False Creek waterfront from the hotel for an hour.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my parents, we booked the 1 queen room suite. The room has a bed room with a queen bed, and a living room that u can turn the sofa into sofa bed.The bathroom is also spacious and beautiful.The location is perfect! Restaurants, supermarket, etc at walking distance.The staffs there also amazing, especially the gentleman in the valet/parking entrance.Definitely will come back to the place if I visit vancouver next time!

Spent 3 days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Comfortable, clean suite, convenient restaurant, helpful staff, great location. The only minus is the poor elevator service. Only 2 elevators running the entire floors, plus one going from lobby to lower level. Busy times of the day, it's a waiting game. Wonder who designed that! But the doormen and the concierge service made up for any elevator frustration. They made our visit, assisting in itinerary, booking tickets, restaurants, arranging taxi service. By the way, this is one place where you are better off using Yellow taxi. So don't fret the elevators, just chill and enjoy the visit.

Not overly impressed with this Hilton. Extremely rude staff on reception as we called a crib a cot, waited 4 hours for it to be delivered. Room cleaning was the minimum they could get away with. Breakfast uninspiring. Internet is awful. Very good at everything being a little average.

Simply a perfect Hotel with everything you would ever need to be comfortable. The location is great as it is walking distance to every area. The rooms are big, clean and modern. The shower was spectacular. The staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended.
