Extremely racist and the worst service I have ever experience anywhere. Please go to any other pharmacy, every other pharmacy is ten times more efficient than this one. Awful staff, awful service, awful wait times. I had to wait 40 minutes to be yelled at by one of the pharmacists and I left without my prescription because she was being outwardly racist to me and previous customers I saw in line.

over 1h of wait in the middle of the day when the pharmacy was empty just for eye drops (no pills to count or anything), after the doctor had already faxed the prescription beforehand… everyone in the pharmacy section was also extremelyyyyyy rude

The man who works at the beauty and skin care section is literally the nicest human on the planet. He goes out of his way to help you and make you feel like a valued customer. Today he tracked me down to say there was a Christmas value set with the same product I was holding which got me about $20 of free products for the exact same price as the one product I was going to purchase. You can definitely trust his advice, his recommendations are always amazing.

There are 5 cases but only two working even though there are so many people waiting in line. Management's new policy of self checkout is not working well.They should open more cases when it is busy. I wanted to pay cash and I only had a 20$ bill that the ATM gave me at some point. It was missing a little bit the corner and the cashier didn't want to take it but jean coutu did. the cashier was with a very tired attitude towards me. I can imagine it is hard to work during the pandemic but They have to be aware that we customers are there to buy stuff and get help when need it.if we are respectful towards them they should be more respectful They have to stay professionals even though they are in a bad mood. i don't like the new policy to do self checkout because now cashiers don't want to take our items unless it's cash and god forbids you have a chipped bill because it's not money to the cashier when she's not in a good mood.

Complete incompetence. My doctor faxed them twice to get a prescription but they claimed they never got it. Then i checked in a week later and they miraculously found it but said they needed to send the prescription to get filled in Laval and that I needed to leave a $20 deposit. Its been 2 weeks and i have yet to receive the medication and i each time i go check in with them, they can’t find my file. Nobody there knows whats going on and the staff is very unprofessional.

Fine place. It's a bit annoying that the back entrance towards the parking lot is closed and you have to walk around the block, which is quite the walk especially in the winter cold.

Worst service imaginable. Nobody competent to help out as they want to finish off their day". Truly a shame."

My husband dropped me off in the parking lot close to the back door on a Sunday early afternoon. Wanted to be close to the door as I was getting bottled water ( kind of heavy)This guy came out yelling “Hey you can’t park there. Move!!”On a quiet Sunday afternoon, highly unlikely there were any deliveriesNo need to be treated like a criminal.Pharmacy technicians, are not better. Bad attitude!!

Horrible service. Started the process of obtaining mandatory expensive chemotherapy drugs more than a month in advance to make sure that they were ready for the beginning of treatment. Numerous calls from employees who kept asking the same questions and then they never wrote anything in the file or did anything to help make sure this would be ready in time. When finally the day came to pick up the prescription, they acted like this was the first time they had heard about it and then said they did not have enough time to get the prescription ready and that it would be ready after the deadline to take the medication. Then they wouldn't even answer the phone after several hours to transfer the file to another pharmacy who was able to do it right away. Horrible service
