The Customer service from this company is with out doubt the worse i have ever come across. There escalations process do not work they never respond. i would defiantly consider not going with them, i shall be moving my business on that you can be sure.

This company does not care about you, your family, or your problems. Last year I was in an accident while insured under a different company. After the accident I tried to insure myself on my brother's vehicle since I had no way to get to work and he had the ability to borrow his car. He was insured with Johnson. After dealing with the horrible customer service for over an hour, I was told I would not be allowed to be insured by them.(I'm a 24 year old male with a clean record with 10 years of driving experience up until this point.) Ok whatever, we spend the next hour easily setting up insurance through td. FAST FORWARD an hour later. My parents get a phone call from Johnson demanding they sign a contract stating that I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THEIR VEHICLES. They took the time to track down the address I had to make sure that I wouldn't drive a vehicle insured with them at the same address. AND THIS IS NOT THE END. Fast forward another 2 years, I'm 0% at fault for the accident at this point. Parents bought a new car. When they called to get it insured, Johnson was STILL demanding they sign a contract so that I can't drive it... This company wants nothing but your money and 0 risk. If you even come close to making a claim your rates are gonna skyrocket or you'll get refused future insurance by them all together. Everyone I know who has had Johnson is now changing due to their poor policies and ethics. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for an insurance company that cares about you and your family. Slightly lower rates are not worth the headache this company will give you if an issue arrises.

I used to be a customer for the Central Region but once I moved to the Atlantic Region everything went sideways. A whole year I stayed with them and let me tell you. Worst customer service. Agents are cold and act like robots. long wait times. premiums skyrocketing with no apparent reason despite the fact no claims no nothing. I will never do business with them

cant echo what every one else is saying so far, ive had nothing but good experiences with them, when i call my local office it normally goes pretty quick and there helpful, i was in an accident i was found to not be at fault with last year with a brand new vehicle only a few months old, i called the claims number and everything went fairly quick and smooth and my jeep was repaired within a week, i also had my rental set up and had zero issues with that. my rates also continue to be fair, ive had a few small increases but nothing drastic, and everyone i talk to has also had them with other companies lately

J'ai eu un accrochage en septembre 2020, déclarée non coupable. Je laisse des messages à la responsable de ma réclamation (madame CB pour ne pas la nommer), mais elle ne me retourne aucun message!!!!!! J'ai du payer les réparations de ma voiture par-dessus ça!!!!! J'ai parlé à plusieurs personnes, j'ai donné mon numéro de réclamation 5X, et le no de rapport de police autant de fois....
