yesterday was my first colon hydrotherapy session ever!I chose Arcady holistic based on the reviews, and the fact that it was walking distance from my place, lol.I have been wanting to get one done for like the last 15 years, but just never went for it. finally did, and I am so glad I did. feels like it really flushes out your system. it was not painful. Melissa was amazing. I can't wait to go again. great atmosphere and great vibes. I very highly recommend her.
