Shan is extremely professional and very customer friendly. I hired him to install my ERV unit in my very tight utility room. He not only did the job with high quality but the work in itself shows his level of competency. During the start of the worked he ensured none of my home is damaged by taking all the necessary precautions. Likewise cleaned the area right after the work with little to no sign of any dust or waste. I highly recommend him.

We recently got a new AC installed by Avis Heating and Air Condition. From the very beginning, Sean was very responsive to phone messages, came on time, scope the area of work, and offered a solid work plan. In a few hours, the job was complete and functioning. We even had an issue with our thermostat and he was able to remedy the situation very well. The prices were competitive and the workmanship was fabulous. My furnace was not producing hot air and it is a newer furnace so I was not sure what the problem was. I call AVIS Heating & Air Conditioning at 9:15am and two technicians showed up at 10:00am. They took a few minutes to analyze the furnace and troubleshoot the problem. Once they figured out the issue they proceeded to replace the pipe and fix the problem. The hot air in the furnace is now working. The Technicians were kind, friendly, and answered my questions.
