Classic in every way. Owned and run by the sweetest couple who have made their bakery dreams a reality, Bedard’s is truly amongst the best bakeries you’ll find. Their bread and pastries are a daily staple in our home. The only thing that could make me love them more is if they were open 7 days a week! Get there early and buy one if everything.

Such a lovely, lovely bakery, displaying a lot of talent and care. It’s a definite must try!Highly recommend the Kouign-Amann, the raspberry croissant, and their sandwiches. We ended up buying several more of the Koign-Amann for a gathering the next day because they are so good.

Delicious raspberry croissants and individual carrot cakes. Only open 4 days a week and very few hours each day- pretty sure it opens at 8am-9am and closes by 2pm. I know bakers and pastry chefs have to start early to get things ready but why not hire more people and increase days and hours?

I love bakeries. Too much, in fact. And this is the best one I can think of in this province - go early in the day for the best selection, because others have caught on. Holy moly the bourekas and the strata are out of this world.

As I sit here, regretting not ordering a second Kouign-Amann croissant. I'm delighted that I was finally able to visit Bedard Bakery. The counter service was brilliant and helpful. I'm not 100% what else they sell as I didn't really see a menu. I'm looking forward to my next visit, when I have a better idea what other delights they sell.
