Parking Indigo Calgary - Lot 016

Terrible. The parking pay machine rarely works. When it does work. It makes you pay $16.80 for “Lot 015” instead of the sign price of $13 for “Lot 016”. The lot is clearly labeled 016 for $13 but yet makes you pay for Lot 15 at $16.80. What a scam.

Way too expensive, over 300dls for outside parking a month. Not worth it.

Not a bad lot. Prices are quite expensive right now and it gets busy. However cheaper parking than closed lots so good for the summer time

Straight up thieves. Avoid these lots at all costs.

THEY LOCKED MY CAR INSIDE BEFORE CLOSING at 11 PM!! I WAS STUCK IN KENSINGTON!!I set my alarm for 10:45 pm on Friday Feb, 10th to head to the inside parkade lot 804 Indigo in Kensington where I parked my car.I pressed on the dial my ticket number at 10:53 pm and it turned GREEN but the door didn’t open. It was locked or stuck or malfunctioning. I tried 5 times!I called customer service and I had to tell the lady that the parkade closes at 11 pm and I cannot get into it as my ticket number is correct, turning green and the door won’t open.She was the most apathetic, rudest, condensing person claiming she had a “masters” in psychology when I called out that she was not helping my situation but yet she’s working for a terrible company..I told her I only have 5-10 mins left before my number expires! I was in a high stressed state as I didn’t want to be stranded and she stalled, took her time then when 11 pm hit in a condensing manner says “oh, it’s 11 pm we’ll it expired looks like you’ll have to pick it up tomorrow”. I asked “when?” and she’s like I don’t know.. she had no clue, no details.She never told me that the “security guard” locked the doors at 10:45 pm when the lot closes at 11 pm! I had to find out and connect the dots.I finally found randomly the indigo driver near the road and he said the company won’t let him back in and he said someone else was in the same situation and their supervisor couldn’t do anything about it. He agreed and said it wasn’t fair for the security guard or lady on the phone to do and agreed it was an UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE COMPANY!I had to wait till another car came out or went in for me to get my car!This was the most terrible experience of my entire life… the lady, the security guard, the company as a whole.. and the indigo guy said I couldn’t talk to anyone higher except the CEO and he doesn’t even know his name.PLEASE SHARE THIS AS I DO NOT WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE!!
