Bought a used car for my son. Andrew was Very nice and helpful. When we got home from Sarnia to London the engine light was on and oil was leaking. Within 5 hrs of owning it. Andrew and Justin did everything to repair it and make us happy. It’s been 1 day since the repairs and so far it seams fixed. I highly recommend! The only reason I gave a 4 star is because we had to drive it back to Sarnia for repairs from London. Leave it and drive back again to retrieve the car.The complimentary tank of gas was no longer. But they are very good caring associates. Thx

I was in March 6 to get a check engine light checked out on a 2021 Sierra. After 3 hours of waiting they finally came out and told me it needed NOx sensor, no problem I scheduled for friday March 10. Was told it would only be an hour to install new part. Friday comes around and I bring truck back. I wait another 3 hours in the waiting room. Service advisor comes to me and says the tech ordered wrong part and they would have to put me in a rental until monday march 13 when they would have the correct part installed. Here's my problem.... I roll in Monday to pick up my truck and return the rental. As I return the rental I get stuck with a $110 bill for the rental. When I asked the service advisor why I have to he pay he told me most people choose not to insure the rental and if I wanted to it was on renter!So long story short 3 trips to the dealership, 7 hours of my time and $110 to get a one hour warranty job done.Thanks Parklane!

I have a good friend working here as a salesperson and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also take my non-GM vehicles here for my oil changes. It is handy to have a drive-thru oil change bay for all makes and models. Decent price with a free car wash!

If you are looking for great service and decent prices try Parklane. There was no pressure to buy. Room a couple cars for a test drive, got the paper worked filled out and in a few days we were driving our vehicle off the lot. I would recommend them.

Very friendly and polite staff.I purchased a used pickup truck, and before I even test drove it, Salesman Greg showed me the history report. There was a delay in picking up the truck due to a part that was ordered. They kept me informed and went over and beyond the requirements in certifying the truck.
