Everytime I come to this location in the morning it's 10 to 15 mins to get my coffee. I usually skip this location and go to others because the wait is so long even if the line up is short. Slowest drive thru in the morning.

The wrap was burnt.Service is terrible slow. 15 miler order.Habanero loaded bowl didn’t have all the ingredients in it. And size was much smaller than usual.Eventually I’ve got a note that I don’t speak clearly.I didn’t have such experience anywhere else.The Owner! Change your staff. Especially short guy. He doesn’t know word utensils. He understands the word fork.

The whole place is under construction, so the drive through experience is not great. Staff didn’t now which options were vegetarian. Once they did, they didn’t have the ingredients to make them. We ended up getting bagels. Those were fine. Staff was really polite though, so that’s nice.

was a week ago. the atmosphere is not bad, as always on top, because this is my constant and wonderful pastime. True, this time the service slowed down and blunted. but the quality of the product is delicious as always. advised to take with you. on the way to the waterfall, walk, picnic in Balls park

Like every Tim Hortons they were busy and understaffed got some part of our order wrong and the bagels were burnt. Something was wrong with their machine maybe.The staff we’re trying their best to serve but you can do only so much.

Worst tin hortons ever! I waited 30 minutes for chili which they ran out of, they couldn’t even get my doughnut on time and insted took another 10 minutes just to get a doughnut. Their food was mediocre at best and employees were the slowest and most untrained workers in the world. Another customer that was beside me ordered a wrap and they managed to make it into a triangle…. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE! All in all do not recommend for a Tim Hortons and instead go a little up to a better one.

I visited on may-28Waiting time to place order was over 20 minutes, only 1 person was avail to take order for such busy location and moreover that employee need to make and handout order also. Manager should hire more staff on busy weekend.Wrap was not avail due to no rice, asked for bagels and that was also not available.Manager is responsible for lack of inventory check and staff schedules.

“TIM HORTONS”Tim Hortons is every Canadian favourite, this outlet is no different then other (busy, less staff ) The restaurant was clean and had lots of free tables. We ordered some coffees, doughnuts and Bagel.1st time in life Bagel was not cut in half and I asked for Herb n Garlic and got plain Cream cheese and on telling them the staff who took the order said …oh sorry

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 2 sandwiches then got on the QEW highway.Started eating them. Both badly burnt. I complained to Tim Hortons (corporate) and they offered 70 Tim Points worth 1 regular coffee.** Update June 18, 2022 ** The manager / owner of this location contacted me and dealt with the situation very professionally.
