Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible customer service. I booked a vehicle, went there to pick up the car, the guy tells me we don’t have any vehicles available for today, sorry the call center don’t know. Great communications between the call center and the store location. Worst customer service ever.

Do not go here if you have rental insurance. They should not be qualifies to handle insurance rentals. Paying $130 out of pocket because they forgot to let us know. Also invoices not being emailed and no reply resulting to me having to drive into the establishment to request it.

Unacceptable level of customer service. Overcharged for our rental and have emailed 4 times over the last month without any response.We rented a vehicle from Enterprise for 2 months and delivered it back in great condition. They have continued to charge our credit card and are not responding to emails. Incredibly frustrating experience. Would not use them again

Kindly and very friendly service. We didn’t have to wait for pick up or drop off. We received a larger car as we booked. Friendly staff at the frontdesk. I recommend!

Very poor customer service. Waited for them to pickup at Vehicle Friday at 2 pm. They never called and never showed. Monday was a repeat. I called 5 times, was given excuse after excuse: Will be there in 10.mins

Horrible rental company! Literally, every other company has better customer service than this company. Rented a car that was late from Abbotsford. THen got a flat 2 mins after picking up and was told I would have to pay the $200 for roadside assistance and wait 3 hours outside of Vancouver. I was passed around to several agents who said they would call back and never did. NEVER RENTING FROM THEM AGAIN!!

I brought my car in for service at a local dealership in Maple Ridge and they work with Enterprise to provide a replacement car during the downtime. In less than 10 minutes from registration, the Enterprise vehicle was delivered by Gunmeh and the service is outstanding! Gunmeh was able to answer all questions I had and was very efficient with handing over the rental vehicle. Highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying my husband and I are both emerald members and regularly rent cars from enterprise and national for business. This was the worst experience we have had.My husband booked a mini van a month and a half in advance for our family vacation. We booked to pick up the van a day before leaving in case there were any problems and thank goddess we did. The morning we went to pick up the van, there was no van for us. They gave us a massive luxury SUV that was so awkward and impractical for our needs and so expensive our insurance would not cover it (over $90,000+). Thus leaving us without a vehicle less than 24 hours before leaving for our family vacation. The enterprise employee did not help us find a mini van, he just apologized and said that it was a nice SUV and couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to take it.We spent the rest of the morning frantically calling every rental car company around the lower mainland to find a mini van. We ended up driving all the way to the airport and paid an extra $100 airport fee to get a mini van. Definitely not the way we wanted to start our vacation. So much unnecessary stress that could’ve been avoided if the company would have fulfilled the order for a mini van as requested (a month and a half in advance!). We will never deal with this company ever again for personal or business needs and would strongly encourage others to stay away!

Attempting to use this location of enterprise was a terrible experience. Horrible customer service, staff were incredibly rude and I left in tears. They picked me up from the mechanic but when I arrived at the office they said they picked me up “by accident” and there was no car for me even though I had received a confirmation from them. Was stranded very far away from my house with no vehicle. Had to Uber back to the mechanic with my own money and couldn’t get my vehicle fixed. Would not recommend.

I recently had reason to rent from this location and have to say that every person I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Enterprise also had great rates and the right vehicle for me, ready when I needed it. 100% would recommend both the company and the Maple Ridge location
