When we shop online, our guard is usually up these days. Good companies understand that; however, to make false accusations is very serious, especially in these days where everywhere we turn we hear lies.Admittedly, I was a little skeptical about purchasing a bed online, but my son works hard and was sleeping on an air mattress that kept leaking.I ordered a box spring and mattress set from Furniture Mattress. I did not get an email right away that confirmed my purchase, and the temptation to 'panic' was strong. However, when I called the number on the website, I spoke with a very patient and understanding man. Within an hour or so, I had a detailed email itemizing my purchase.My son's birthday was coming up on a Friday and it was very important to me that the mattress set arrived before then. A week passed and I had heard nothing. There was that temptation to 'panic' again.However, the man reminded me that we are told at the time of purchase that the item will be delivered within a certain time frame. With so much going on, I forgot.Long story shortened...[1] when I had concerns, a phone call addressed them to my satisfaction[2] the gentleman who answered the phones was patient, listened, and took time to explain[3] I was not misguided; the information given was accurate[4] the mattress set arrived (as promised) the day before my son's birthday[5] it has now been a couple of months and my son says the mattress is quality; he enjoys every night's sleepThis is a legitimate company. This is NOT a paid review. I am a senior woman who relies on honest interviews myself, in order to make an informed decision.This company is NOT out to scam anyone. Dismiss such accusations if valid proof cannot be given. I am considering getting a living room set, as well as a kitchen/dining room set. I will certainly be checking out Furniture Mattress Direct first.It has been a positive experience from start to finish.

They are very fast! They deliver furniture good quality within one week of ordering. They’ll call and notify you when your order is going to be delivered. The driver also calls on the day of delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I love my mattress!!

We had no problems dealing with this company. The mattress is great and it was delivered in a timely fashion. Our son liked our mattress so much that he ordered the same one. I like the fact too that it is a Canadian company.

I say they are legit supplier. I ordered a double twin bed with mattresses for my sister, it took a while to arrived, but its all worthwhile waiting. Thanks to Furniture Mattress Direct, my sister and niece were very happy .

This company does not sell true to the advertised mattresses. They send the wrong mattress and frame and think you are not going to call them. Sent another mattress with marker on it and said it wasn’t there before we received it when it was in plastic. They want to shut you up with pillows and mattress protectors! Do not buy from this company!!!!!! Buyer beware!!

Super happy with my mattress! Price was awesome and quality is great. Purchased for a single bed in guest room and have slept on it myself. Company was great to work with and item arrived on time. Will certainly look at them next time I need a mattress.
