There's a reason we've been with Reed for 10+ years! We just finished upgrading our security system to a new app-enabled cellular system. Again, were impressed with Charissa in sales; she made sure we got the right system and went out of her way to make sure we didn't get options that we didn't need. Brendan installed our system and was on time, friendly, and had a thorough understanding of the system. So many things in life are complicated and stressful, but whenever I have to deal with Reed I leave smiling, knowing that I will be well taken care of.One last thing: when the staff tell you that they love working for their company, you know it's special, and that's the case here. I recently contacted Reed Security for ULC-S 561 fire panel monitoring. I was put in touch with Theo and I have to say that right from the beginning of talking with him right to having Ty come and do the install; these guys were awesome.Theo was always by his phone to answer any questions I had and to ensure that we were on the same page (this included being available through text) and was very helpful with getting everything organized, even with my relatively unreasonable timeline.Ty was also super professional. His Instal was clean effecient and he was very informative.Looking forward to a great relationship with Reed. If you need any monitoring service, you WILL NOT find better customer service than this company.

The Reed security team was great to deal with. From sales to install, it was a seamless transaction. Installed a basic security system for a new build detached home. I’m finding I use the phone and watch apps more often than the panel. All options are easy to use. I discovered I have friends that use Reed as well (long term customers) and helped confirmed my decision to go with them.
