Pediatric doctor is not friendly to kid as expected. My kid was not feeling well and walk-in to see the doctor. When he saw the doctor wear a full PPE, he was scared and crying a lot. The doctor didn't even try to calm him down like using some tricks or tips; Instead, he was saying to my kid why are you crying? I'm not crying when I am sick". How fair was that when he compared his feeling to a 2 year-old kid?! Also

Dr. Mitry and Dr. Gisoo is undeniably the best doctors I've ever had. Their exceptional care and expertise have played a major role in improving my health. Their genuine concern for my well-being and unwavering support have made a remarkable difference in my life.I really appreciate Dr. Mitry and Dr. Gisoo's dedication to their patients. I feel incredibly fortunate to have them as my family doctors.Without a doubt, they are simply the best!

Tried to do a walk in after my accident and I called the clinic. The person that picked up the call responded like a robot, zero empathy. Repeated the same statement to me. “ we don’t have walk-in doctors today”

This clinic is top notch. My primary Dr is Dr Mitrey and he is client centred,, listens carefully, communicates well and very compassionate. I have also had occasion to meet with two others and found both to be very much the same. The support staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Happened upon this wonderful clinic a few years ago after having a very serious medical condition. I truly feel like Dr. Mitry was meant to be the doctor I saw that day. Without getting into details it’s safe to say I may not have been around today without his above and beyond actions he took that day. Since then he continues to be the kind, wise and friendly man I first met. The entire staff there is amazing and the clinic runs like a well oiled machine! Very highly recommended

Highly recommend you stay as far away as possible from this clinic. They claim to be a walk-in clinic, however, upon arrival at 1 pm and in severe pain, they simply turned me away saying they were no longer taking walk-ins that day. Very dismissive and uncaring attitude of the counter staff. Also told me any tests for my condition would take 2 days for results, which I knew was untrue. Went to another nearby walk-in clinic who checked me with little wait time, saw a competent doctor quickly, had immediate tests done and prescribed the right medication, and was in my way. This is what should have happened at Infiniti, however, they base their intake on chosen patients, and turn others away with attitude and judgement. Best advised to avoid this clinic.

I come to this clinic quite often as it is the closest to my house. My family doctor was Dr. Sobotie who has since moved to another clinic. I still see her for my follow-ups and such - however, I still come here out of convenience when I have random things come up since it's about 5 minutes away.All the doctors I have seen have been really kind, but most recently, Dr. Peter Dolinka has completely blown me out of the water. This doctor was so incredibly kind. I came in for a troublesome cough and he immediately put a rush on chest X-rays for me, but also took the time to talk about some other concerns I've talked to other doctors about. He noticed my heart rate was pretty high (something I've been trying to get figured out for a while now) and I had told him that my cardiologist had ordered a 2 week event test back in Sept 2022, but results got lost somewhere. He gave me some advice about what to do and I followed them. Lo and behold, my results were found and faxed to cardiologist.The next day, Dr. Peter called me to discuss the results of my X-rays, but also followed up about my issue with the results. His kindness really overtook me, that he really cared. I also asked him some follow-up questions not super related to my chest X-rays and he was more than kind enough to answer.I have never felt so heard by a doctor in my life, and just want to commend him - and to let everyone know, yes sometimes we might wait longer than our appointment times, but this probably means the doctors are not rushing through patients and making sure their concerns are addressed.Thank you so much Infiniti Medical Team!

Always have a great experience in this clinic. My entire family been a loyal patients for almost 5yrs. The staffs are nice, approachable, and respectful.Highly recommended !
