We recently worked with Tom on the sale and a purchase of a new home. We were kind of in a spot because we needed to know what we would be able to get from our current home in order to put the most into our new purchase, so stress was a factor as always. The idea of expanding our debt ratio was a big step outside the comfort zone for us and not something we would normally do so it was a maze of emotion. Tom was very knowledgeable, always available and very supportive throughout the whole process. I feel as though the effort he put into us and our investment was above and beyond what you might find in most personal relationships, needless to say the relationship with a real-estate agent. He had a very gentle way of making sure we were hearing his advice even when we didn't necessarily want to, but needed to.... and oh he just may have been correct...… sometimes ;)I walked away learning quite a few things from Tom that I will continue to use and insert into my daily life. Even the wonderful gift Tom got for us as a thank you was thoughtful and had a special connection to our new purchase.
