Anybody looking for a reputable garage door company I would highly recommended A basic garage door company. Randy was very polite and helpful. And fair with pricing a beautiful show room that displays many options for all your home garage door needs. I would recommend them to anybody I know.

These guys are great! They came out the next day to replace the garage door opener. Very punctual to the point the job was completed before the originally scheduled time. The service guy was friendly and professional.What impressed me most was Randy, the owner, called later that day to ask how everything went. That says a lot to me in customer care. I've been a homeowner for a lot years and I've never had anyone call after the fact. This is not the type of company that once they have your business, they're done with you. Whenever possible, I always support the local companies. Hopefully you will do the same........ especially with these guys. Job very well done, guys!

I placed an after hours service call and they picked up the phone! Very professional and accommodating, and made arrangements the following morning to replace both springs and noticed a support was needed for the door. This business goes over and above, and truly cares about their customers. Appreciate you guys!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience! I called on a Friday and our new garage door was installed the following Wednesday. They were responsive, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I wish we would’ve done this sooner. It looks SO great! Randy was very informative and helpful, and their work was of the utmost quality. I also appreciated him answering all of my many questions. I highly recommended Gigantic!

Randy came to the rescue 5 years ago when our spring broke and my wife couldn’t get out of the garage to take our son to school. All these years later, my wife called Randy to inquire about a new door and he remembered where we lived and helping her get our son to school. Getting a new door with Gigantic was a great experience. They didn’t push any products and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Spring broke on my roll up door. Called them this morning and they were on site in about 90 min. 30 min later 2 new springs installed, friendly and couldn’t tell they were even here!

From the quoting process all the way through installation Randy and his team were amazing. I really appreciate the honesty and transparency he has an as a small business owner myself it’s refreshing to see there are still honest people in business. I highly recommend him for your garage door installation. He is super knowledgeable as well when it comes to making sure you purchase high-quality material. They have 2 different names under the same building but they're both horrible. The sales guy will sell you parts that don't work, insist the will work with adjustment and then charge you 2x what everyone else in the area does. Then when they obviously don't work, you get hit with a 20percent restock fee and told your lucky they're even allowing you to return them. Even though they were never installed and they sold you the wrong stuff. Good times.
