I was in a hurry to find a Christmas gift for a friend because the crazy snowstorm made the roads dangerous. I was looking for a poster and was happilyguided to a great selection! Staff was very helpful and friendly towards me and other customers. Managed to find what I was looking for. Shout out to Anthony! Definitely will be returning in the future

We love the Spencer's store in Erin Mills.We get a friendly hello from staff everytime we walk in.We took a drink in once, but the salesperson was really nice about it and let us leave it on the counter while we shopped.There are plenty of unique items and the T-shirts are good quality, thick Material and the image lasts longer that others I have boughtat other stores.The salespeople are always pointing out sale items and in store promotions .My daughters and I love this store

I went in because I spotted some pride shirts, and was hoping to get some pride items for the pride parade in June. I was immediately greeted by an employee, who was incredibly nice and polite. I have never felt so comfortable and welcome in a store before. I almost cried because she was so supportive.

Scott was so informative and helpful, not just to me but I observed this with other customers in the store as well- he really goes the extra mile with providing excellent customer service. Janice Rose was also very helpful upon cashing out. 10/10 for this excellent staff.

We love going into Spencer's to see all their gag gifts, and unique specialty items. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We have always had great experiences when looking for specific gifts or items. The staff is always ready with suggestions or offers to locate what you are looking for in another storeif it is not available there. Go check them out! :)

Today I had the best customer service experience while shopping at Spencer's. It's my birthday and Alex went out on her lunch and brought me a stranger 4 cookies to wish me a happy birthday. I've never had any store associate do something this kind before. Alex, you warmed my heart today with your kindness, Jodi you're amazing with customers and Alyssa your spirit and laughter made my day.Ladies thank you all for your awesome service and my outfit looks amazing!

You just can't go wrong with this store! They've got the best stuff for just about all occasions and I'm not exactly an easy shopper so that's saying something. It's the only branch I ever go to. If you go, make sure to ask for Bri and Jamie. They helped me out big time and were super patient with me, which is, again really saying something! Keep up the amazing work!
