The staff were rude to my son for accidentally pulling the Slurpee machine for more than one second my kid was left in tears The guy that was yelling at him claims he was calling him brother that does not change any right to yell at a little kid for something that was a small accident don’t recommend it just go to Circle K or a different gas station save the stress

I went to the car wash from there and my car's roof got scratched from automated washing machine. I have been trying to reach out but no one answers. I have a leased car and need to repair the car's paint

I had a prepaid car wash ticket that had gone a month past expiry date. The manager refused to issue me a new code since he said everything in the store has a best before date and it would cost him money to issue me a new one? What a bogus excuse! Never go there unless you want bad customer service.

I think you should fire that one worker that gives bad attitude towards costumer name Helen I think that's her name

Hands down the worst coffee I have ever had. I know gas station coffee is bad but this takes it to a whole new level.Place is clean, staff are always lovely. But damn that coffee should be illegal.

Extremely rude and insensitive folks working in this store.

omggg if i walk in one more time and they give me the sick dirty look i get every other time i walk in is it a law that an 12 year old cant go get A SLURPEE like please dont treat kids like that i did not do anything also the mager is very rude

Drove past and noticed the deluxe car wash. What a joke, paid almost $18 dollars and it smeared the mud around on my car and did not even get it all off the under carriage. I was running errands and went to the city so I did not notice until I got there. This location was way out of my way but I was very dissapointed in paying for a wash that I was then going to have to pay again to finish the job. So I drove back to the store and had the employee advise me to return the next day when the manager was in. I explained that I lived 20 min N of Cochrane and that she needed to take care of it. She called the manager/owner(?) and he told me that because I drove to the city that I might have caused it to get dirty again. It was a sunny clear day. Made me realize that if I had actually taken the time to return the next day when he was in that I would have been given the same excuse. Don't waste your time or money here.
