Ezra Bricker Apartments
I was so lucky to get into this place. I almost signed a lease at a place that wasn't even close to as nice, or as close as this one. I also liked living in a place that was run by a group of people and not an individual landlord that I'd have to depend on to fix things. Here they have maintenance people to keep things clean and working properly. It felt like I was living in the furthest thing from typical student housing.

Great living experience with Ezra-Bricker for 2 reasons; one, the staff was really helpful and two, it's in a really convenient location. The whole building was cared for by maintenance professionals who were available 24/7 to handle problems. And for someone who doesn't have a car or really like to ride the bus, the location was great for getting around town and to school.

Giving 5 stars to Ezra-Bricker because I've seen what else is available. For the price, you can't beat what you get here. The staff is actually helpful and the buildings are maintained by people who actually know what they're doing. I think it's a great choice for WLU students.

I stayed at Ezra-Bricker Apartments for 2 and a half years and my experience was awesome, overall! The management team is diligent and helpful and actually listens to their residents' problems and then fixes issues quickly. I really enjoyed my time at Ezra-Bricker because of the many great amenities, including spacious, luxury AC rooms with bathrooms, WiFi connection, parking facility, and more. No doubt, everyone probably has different experiences depending on their situation, but I can't imagine how anyone could not have a positive experience living at Ezra?

Awesome place especially compared to a dorm! I lived at Ezra-Bricker for 1 year and really liked it. Only wish I'd found it sooner. The location was excellent and the people super helpful.

Choosing a place to live isn't easy and it is a lot less fun when you are looking on a really small budget. When I weighed out what was included and what my rent would be at Ezra Briceker, I was very happy to find that I could save some money here and still live in nice housing. It was close enough for me to get to campus easily, as well.

The reason I chose Ezra-Bricker was its location. It's only 5 minutes walking distance to Wilfrid Laurier, which was awesome. For me, being able to cook in a nice kitchen and to have access to parking was also a plus. This is definitely a good place to stay if you're on a budget but want something nice.

My brother has lived at Ezra-Bricker for 3 years and his experience has been good. Compared to where I lived, it's an awesome place! The bedrooms are air conditioned and they have bathrooms in the suites. The common area is also pretty nice.

EB costs a lot less than a lot of the other housing options. I was happy to find a place that not only fit my budget but was also run by helpful people. I was really happy about the service I received when there was a problem in my unit. They were courteous and fast about fixing the issue.

No illegal key deposits, maintenance responds within hours and addresses issues very quickly, and apartment was clean when I moved in. I genuinely wish other companies would take note about how to have some human decency and treat their tenants like Ezra-Bricker does. I genuinely have no complaints about how management has handled their end of the deal
