UPS Customer Centre Hold for Pick Up

Worst company to deal with in Lethbridge. This company is the poster child for why folks in Lethbridge ship items to the border and import themselves. One magazine, freight paid to UPS and you’ve got your hand out for another $26.00 brokerage fee ? Get BENT. Needless to say no attempts to call and tell me where my envelope was or how to go about picking it up. Laziest group of employees I’ve ever encountered. Covid is over, time to revert back to precovid shipping costs you thieving shysters.

There is no way for me to contact the UPS in my city. I tried the phone number listed, and it was not available. Once I sign in to track a package, the site won’t let me update my address (which is wrong on the parcel that was sent to me!): it just takes me to another country’s website, and that one won’t let me change to my own country. Therefore, no address update, no contact.This is not the first time we have been frustrated by UPS. Every time we see that a sender used UPS, we cringe and cross our fingers, hoping that, yet again, we won’t be frustrated by their absolute lack of customer service.

I would give it 0 stars but it’s not possible. Worst experience ever. Never open when they say they’re and very very rude

No problems at all. Great service. We are rural, so door to door delivery not possible. But they made arrangements with me and I have my shipment.

Terrible service would not recommend, I watch the driver through my kitchen window walk up and just literally drop the package towards the door, too lazy to set it down properly, and doesn't even ring the door bell just walk away. What an idiot currently on the phone making a complaint with the main complaint line, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER, if i could leave a negative star for this courier i would!!!

Horrible service. I hate that my packages have to go through UPS. They don't leave delivery notices when they miss you. I had something express shipped for me to be here Monday and it's Wednesday now and I still don't have my product. Very unhappy with the service (or lack of thereof).

Worst experience ever. Ordered a package and it was delayed 2 times and took longer than expected. Even when the tracking said it would be here by the end of the day it wasn't. Never going through them again.

No details. They reshipped my Amazon order to my home with no issues.

I was inquiring about a package I am expecting to receive today and the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, professional, and courteous. She took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you!
