If you're looking into a consumer proposal do NOT go here!! We went through the process and it was very cold. Did not get straight answers to questions or were brushed off. Proposal was countered and they wanted double which MNP waited until the 45th day at 5pm to tell us just as the trustee was conveniently gone for 2 weeks vacation. Was told we accept or move to bankruptcy was the only option. Was told we had to file individually since none of our debt was joint. LIES! We found a more reputable place, filed jointly, was approved at less than MNP's first offer, and have had so much help and support. MNP took 2 payments while waiting and refuses to refund anything and won't respond. Stay away from Linda and MNP. They just want to take your money while you're already struggling and at rock bottom.
