My fiancé and I purchased a hot tub in December and the whole process went nice and smoothly with Xavier's help. He kept the spa on hold that we wanted till the deck was build. Went over financial options so we were able to pay no interest for 9 months, starting from the delivery day and delivery was free. He also offered to drop off the cover lifter at our house when it was back in stock. We love our new spa (Sunrise Spas - 870SX Series) and it is nice to have during this pandemic. Bought steps for my hot tub at the Kitchener location. Asked if it's easy enough to assemble, of course they said yes. Unfortunately not the case. Went to the Hamilton location and they were so very helpful and courteous. They even brought them out to my car. Awesome service!!!

This was my pool shop for the last 6 years as it's 5 mins away from me , but not anymore !Bought a vacum from them and it was faulty, when taking it back they refused to exchange or return and just told me to contact the manufacturer.Same vacum was ordered on Father's day with a discount, transaction didn't go through online so I went the next day to buy it and they wouldn't honor the discount price.They scrapped off the chlorine program that they had with false promises every year that it will be back soon.And finally, they have a limit of 20L if u want to fill up chlorine jugs. So ud need atleast 3 trips if u have a big pool.They honestly lost a 6 years + customer , im changing my hot tub cover this summer as well and looking for a robot vacum, I'm ok driving another 10mins for another reputable store , I'll take my business somewhere else !To ba fair I addressed the issues with the staff(kids) there and all they had to say was , sorry we couldn't meet ur needs today.

Absolute joke of a company. Quick enough to process payments but don’t respond to queries about orders. When ordering stated 2-3 days for curb side pickup. 2 weeks later after leaving 7 phone messages, completing online order query form twice and emailing the store no response. Order not completed and $2500 of my money in their bank account with nothing to show for it. Would leave zero stars if I could. Also notice that they only respond to 5 star google reviews!!! COVID is not an excuse for poor customer service. Update:- Even though I have been contacted I still have no information on the status of my order just a generic reply that they don't know what has gone wrong. I will add that they have only replied to a negative review and I have still not been contacted through the phone messages or email messages I left and no reply to the email sent by the replier to this review. Therefore I am still $2500 down with no idea when my order will be fulfilled!! If the company was genuinely trying to resolve this they could have easily phoned me.

The customer experience was poor here! Getting support after purchase is horrible. No rapport or follow up from the store. The installation manual for the pool we purchased here was bad. Delivery was only to the front of the house and I had to carry all the heavy boxes to the backyard with no help from the driver. And parts were missing that further slowed us down. Seeing that the manual neglected key installation details, I used this store’s recommended installer, Michele’s Pools, which left gaps between the pool walls and buttress posts. Then the manager, Julie, actually supports the installers even when she mentioned that the gaps raise concern. And I’m the one here trying to get answers when the manager should be following up. And the store mentions that they only recommend installers and don’t have an install team of their own. I’m very disappointed with Discounters Pool and spa. I wish I had went with a company that supplies and installs, that way there’s no back and forth stories of people just trying to get away from fixing their problem. Buyer beware!

Great place for pool and spa supplies and good customer service.

Good prices. Service was okay. Could not understand why we could not purchase the floor model tub. We were told no more in stock until next year.This was their leader model at a great price.
