Andrew is a true professional, knowledgeable and very experienced home inspector. Details oriented with lot of dignity. and great personality. He makes sure that he checks all the parts of the house including the roof and attic. He has his ladder with himself and he checks the roof and attic with no extra charge or hesitance which was very important for me since I was purchasing an old house. He is highly recommended.

We would 100% recommend Andy for his home inspection service to anyone without hesitation. Andy is knowledgable, professional, courteous and fun to work with. Unlike the 4 other home inspectors we have had in the past who only spent about the last 15 mins to report back their findings, Andy brought us along while he did the inspection and explained to us what he was looking for, what to look out for, and how to maintain the property. His recommendations are very practical and thorough. Andy’s home inspection report is the best in the business. He doesn’t use a standard template like many others do. The entire report was tailored specifically for our home. We bought this home in a competitive market pre-COVID (March 2020) and had to waive all conditions. We debated whether to still do a home inspection and were so glad that we didn’t skip this important step. It was definitely worth the money to have Andy over to inspect our home.Fast-forward to a year after we purchased the home. We needed a service call but didn’t have any good contacts in the area. Called Andy and explained the situation to him. He was so kind and offered to take the time out of his busy day to stop by this property (it has since been rented out) to assess the situation for us. Not one single home inspector we had in the past would have cared to do that, but Andy did. We are grateful for Andy’s help and would recommend his services to anyone who’s looking for a great home inspector.

We had Andy do the home inspection for our first home. From the moment he walked in and introduced himself, I found him to be very pleasant, which made the process quite enjoyable. He was thorough and knowledgeable, stopping to point certain things out to us and willing to share tips on how to give our home longevity. He made every effort to access and assess all the areas of the home, even those that weren’t easily accessible, going above and beyond, removing shelves to get into the attic space and leaning his ladder against the side of a structure in order to properly view the roof. He was considerate enough to offer to return at a later date to check the heating once the weather changed. He was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with his services. He was kind enough to let us know that he’ll be available going forward should we ever need him and that is greatly appreciated! We will definitely work with him again!

Andy was amazing! My husband and I are first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect with the home inspection. Right from our first conversation he assured us he would go through every detail and he really delievered. On the inspection day, he was so thorough with everything and showed us what to look for and tips on owning a home. He answered all questions we had and encouraged us to really be involved in the process, which I found to be so helpful! His report was also very detailed and lots of pictures which I appreciated.
