Great experience working with them , David gave me a fair offer for my car and made the whole process go very smoothly. He came to pick the car and took care of the SAAQ steps .

David provides 1st class, elite customer service, I have never had such an amazing customer experience before. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy and I can see why he has 5 star ratings. I will absolutely buy another car from him, without hesitation as I can trust him and know I am getting a good car without being sold things I don't need.- shipping. As I live in Ontario there were logistics to be figured out to deliver the car. David found a cost effective reputable, shipping company. There were delays on the shipping day which was out of his control but his constant communication on shipping day was comforting, even texting me at 9:30pm to ensure I picked up the car from the warehouse.David switched the all weather mats for the regular mats during the shipping, so that the truck driver would not get the all weather mats dirty when driving the car on and off the truck. That is above and beyond!- winter tires. I was looking to buy some 2nd hand winter tires and had some questions. David was kind enough to spend 20minutes on the phone with me, explaining what I need to look for. The day before shipping the car he received some winter tires from another car he just got and thought of me, offering them at a good price.- full tank of gas even though I didn't ask for it- as I live in Ontario, I needed to have a front license plate holder installed on the car. David arranged this to be done at his local Audi for me free of chargeDo not hesitate to buy from David and Autos-Go, he is not a typical pushy car salesman, he is about customer service and loyalty. At first, I was skeptical of buying a high end vehicle other than from the dealership but David is TOP NOTCH. I went to 3 dealerships prior to contacting David and I was very disappointed with the service I got there.
