First time at the salon. I love the feeling of relaxation that you get from the ambiance and friendly staff. They know how to make you feel welcome, pampered and appreciated. Jelena, my hairstylist is amazing! And especially tallented at dealing with curly hair. Loved the whole experience!

Melissa cut my COVID-long hair, and she did a terrific job. I was anxious about having the cut done, and she was very patient with my asking many questions and repeatedly showing her the photo of the kind of cut I wanted, just to be sure she wasn't going to do something else. She did exactly what I wanted, and I'm a happy customer.

I have been looking for the right salon for myself and my two daughters for 4.5 years, since moving to Ottawa. We each have very different hair, one thick and straight, one super curly, and mine, very fine and light. The team at Pierino took care of each of us in the most perfect, thoughtful, and expert of ways! All 3 of us had an awesome experience, we are thrilled with our beautiful hair, bangs, the colour, the curl shaping, wow... I'm totally blown away.
