My partner drove 10 minutes out of their way on their short lunch break to purchase food for our dog, which we urgently need. When they arrived, there was a hand-written sign stuck on the entrance saying back in 5 minutes" and the door was locked. After waiting well beyond the 5 minutes

I was in a bind as I needed a carrier ASAP delivered to the airport. Shakira helped me from start to finish in choosing a carrier, arranging for its pick up, and going the extra mile to hand it off to the driver. I’ve never left a Google review (that I remember) but honestly Shakira provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received so I had to come and leave a review. Thank you for your hard work- because of you I didn’t miss my flight!
