Dan did a great job on both the pre-inspection and the follow-up inspection, took the time to answer all the questions I had, and provided a detailed and thorough PDF report by the very next day.

Dan inspected a home I wanted to buy in 2015, and he was very thorough, and explained everything. He even sent me a report with areas that needed repair that were complete with images of the problem spots. His report allowed me to negotiate a better asking price, and let me set my priorities on what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Four years later I am still consulting his report to ensure that I'm maintaining my house. Homeworks Inspections provides a valuable service and has probably saved me thousands of dollars. (in negotiating the house price, and keeping proper upkeep in making me aware of issues to watch out for)

I don’t recommend Dan Kern. So sloppy! Don’t waste your time and money on a very poor inspection.

They charge you more than 500$ without spending enough time for inspection. The inspection report they send you is a joke! Never recommend them at all! Never trust their inspection!!!
