Platinum Ridge plumbing is the only plumber we trust! We were so fortunate to find Nate and his team. They once helped us with inspecting a leak in our home and with some caulking, and another time with clearing and snaking our shower drains. Not only is the work completed at top notch quality in an friendly, efficient, professional manner but they go above and beyond for their customers every single time.I cannot recommend Nate and his team enough!

Nate has been our go-to plumbing professional. He first intalled our hot water tank and then recently replaced two of our shower regulators. He was transparent with his pricing, quick to repond, and worked very efficiently. He is also very responsive when I tried to get a hold of him. I highly recommend his service!

I have used Platinum Ridge Plumbing's services twice.(a) Drain leakage and clogging(b) Emergency water pipe leakage issueI am very impressed with Nate's quick responses. He replied my emails almost instantly.Regarding that emergency water pipe leaking, Nate responded to my urgent email after 10pm that night, and came at 7am in the next day morning to fix it.It was not easy to identify where the drain / water pipe actually leaked. Nate tried his best to trace to the root causes.Nate gave me constructive suggestions on how to fix the problems. He explained to me very clearly what needed to be done to resolve the issues.He was transparent on pricing. And the fees he charged were reasonable.Nate removed all debris from / vacuumed the areas after each service.I highly recommend Platinum Ridge Plumbing.

Nathan was quick to respond to my call for assistance when our toilet broke. The old part had to be tracked down and Nathan was able to find it. Nathan was professional andpolite, and solved our plumbing problem! I would recommend this company and will call again in the future!

We have lived in our home for over 23 years, this was our first of 4 bathroom renovations. Needless to say, we were fairly nervous and excited at the same time.Nate walked us thru everything, took the time to answer our questions and made suggestions to upgrade old pipes, etc...He was very efficient, friendly and looked you straight in the eye!The demo was done quickly.The installation took a bit more time, but there was more to do.We are very happy with the end result!Our bathroom is beautiful!We hope to upgrade our other bathrooms in the near future and will most defiantly be calling Nate to help us out again.He also answered our questions regarding our water heater that will soon need to be replaced ... by him!Many Thanks!

Our interaction with Platinum Ridge Plumbing was easy and straight forward from start to finish. The pilot light on our water heater went out on Boxing Day. Nate answered the call when I phoned and was at our place within the hour, despite it being a holiday. Fixed the problem and showed us how to fix it ourselves if it happened again. Very reasonable cost and friendly and efficient service. I would definitely us them again!

We just moved into an old house and the basement bathroom and shower started overflowing everywhere. I called Nate and he knew right what the problem was and offered to come out first thing. He was super responsive by call and text, which was very reassuring in my stressed out state. Him and his technician both worked on the clog and when roots started showing up and the clog was further than their snake could go, they offered options and recommended services on next steps. They even came back to install the toilet after City of Vancouver had to come unclog the sewer main! And all at reasonable rates, especially considering the urgency of the situation. I am so happy I found Platinum Ridge Plumbing! Nate took time out of his day off to come out and help with a serious drain issue (probably from all the crazy rains and flooding we were having here). He was contactable immediately by messaging which I think is excellent and so easy. He was able to give me a quote and a time when he would be arriving and he kept to that promise! He is very professional but friendly at the same time and I got the sense that I could trust him right away. He also persevered through a very difficult drainage issue with expertise and got the job done and cleared as quick as possible. As well as all this, he charged a very fair price which was far better than any other plumbing company I have used before and his payment options were modern and professional.
